About Soman Bandesha
Senior Full Stack Developer in Yerevan, Armenia. I build scalable web applications and write about the tools and patterns I actually use.
I've been building things on the web for over a decade. Most of what I ship is TypeScript on the frontend (usually Next.js or React), with Node.js or PHP on the backend, running in Docker on whatever cloud the project demands — Cloudflare, AWS, or a self-managed VPS.
The blog here is a working notebook. When I solve a problem at work that took longer than it should have — a Docker reset, a multi-account Git setup, a type-safe environment loader — I write it down so the next person (often future me) doesn't have to figure it out from scratch.
I also publish small open-source packages: EnvValidator for Laravel and PHP, a Convex-style realtime database layer, and a few smaller tools. They live on my GitHub.
I'm available for remote work and consulting on backend, full stack, and DevOps engagements. The easiest way to reach me is by email at soman@devkraken.com.
